These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jetbuz ("jetbuz", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://jetbuz.biz and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a jetbuz account, making a deposit, placing any bet or wager, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Access to and use of jetbuz is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jetbuz does not permit access by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification will be carried out as part of the KYC process.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction at the time of use.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal constructs may not register as Players.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any respect. jetbuz reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or designed to circumvent these eligibility requirements.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jetbuz account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. This responsibility includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent from your account.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party for any reason. jetbuz will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone support.

Should you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jetbuz immediately at [email protected]. jetbuz will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account pending resolution.

jetbuz reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") checks at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or whenever the Platform has reasonable grounds to verify identity. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request and provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until compliance is achieved.

All transactions on jetbuz are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jetbuz does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits are credited to your jetbuz account promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

All funds deposited into your jetbuz account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

jetbuz does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All transactions must be conducted through the approved electronic payment channels listed above.

Players may request withdrawals of available real-money funds from their jetbuz account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved and processed:

• Full KYC verification must be completed on your account.
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully met.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance and withdrawn.
• The minimum wagering requirement for any jetbuz bonus is 30x the bonus amount, unless a lower figure is explicitly stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a reduced percentage, and certain game categories may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. jetbuz reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or recalculate any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.
• Players must opt in to bonuses where an opt-in mechanism is provided. jetbuz will not retroactively apply bonus terms to deposits made without activating the relevant bonus code or opt-in.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active and unwagered may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploitation of errors or malfunctions, or coordinated wagering activity designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on jetbuz are subject to these Terms and the specific product rules applicable to the relevant product category — cricket betting, live casino, video slots, virtual sports, or any other product available on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the matter directly addressed.

Key betting rules applicable across all jetbuz products include:

• Bets are only valid once they have been confirmed by the jetbuz system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system error or period of malfunction are void.
• jetbuz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that was subject to a manifest pricing error. Players will be refunded their stake in such cases.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice. Any bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL match betting, bilateral series markets, T20I fixtures, and ball-by-ball in-play markets — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the Cricket section of the Platform.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published in the game information panel. Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcomes at the live dealer table.
• All casino games must be played using the Player's own account balance. Chip-dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to transfer funds between accounts is prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jetbuz Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity or on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game outcome, software algorithm, or RNG.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on jetbuz.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be reversed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jetbuz staff, support agents, or other users in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law, using a VPN or other circumvention technology to disguise your location.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or account management process.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

jetbuz's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jetbuz account in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jetbuz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jetbuz's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You may close your jetbuz account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

jetbuz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• jetbuz has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with your account.
• jetbuz is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform (for example, due to age or jurisdictional restrictions).
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, jetbuz reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in the account without refund.

jetbuz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jetbuz will notify registered players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction, in which case the changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform and the jurisdiction in which jetbuz is licensed to operate.

Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through jetbuz's customer support channels shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant arbitral tribunal for the resolution of any such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jetbuz from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or other proprietary interests.
