Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately so we can merge or close the extra account without penalty.

To permanently close your account, email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request. Our team will process the closure within 3 to 5 business days and send a confirmation email once it is done.
